The first exercise being is the Renegade Row. If a beginner at this exercise just utilize your own body weight until you are capable and confident enough to use dumbbells.
Even with your own body weight this is a very effective Fat Loss and Ab building/core strength exercise Next we have inverted rows. Remember to keep your hips up and elbows in while doing the inverted rows. At this stage you will be in prime fat burning mode
Use 3 minute windows to start and try decrease the time in each set! Forget a treadmill try this fat shredding circuit!
Reneage rows – 8×8 reps x4 sets
Burpees – x20 reps x4 sets
Press up – x10reps x4sets
Inverted Rows – x10reps x4sets
All are to be performed explosively with no rest until you finish the circuit!!!
