The first exercise being is the Renegade Row. If a beginner at this exercise just utilize your own body weight until you are capable and confident enough to use dumbbells.

Even with your own body weight this is a very effective Fat Loss and Ab building/core strength exercise ;-) Next we have inverted rows. Remember to keep your hips up and elbows in while doing the inverted rows. At this stage you will be in prime fat burning mode ;-)
Use 3 minute windows to start and try decrease the time in each set! Forget a treadmill try this fat shredding circuit! :-)

Reneage rows – 8×8 reps x4 sets

Burpees – x20 reps x4 sets

Press up – x10reps x4sets

Inverted Rows – x10reps x4sets

All are to be performed explosively with no rest until you finish the circuit!!!
