Easy Fat Burning Diet

Question by Jim R: Question about the fat burning soup diet?
Now, I’ve looked up the recipe and diet plan for the fat burning soup diet and was wondering if the plan would still work if instead of making the soup on my own, if I bought cabbage soup from the grocery or some sort of pre-made fat burning soup(if that exists). Please let me know if this would still work and if there is any pre-made fat burning soup.

there is no fat burning soup, i think that is about low fat/cal soup. There is nothing burning fat food in the world, you have to not eating anything but that is zero cal. I think if you are looking for healthy instant food, why not try Quaker instant oatmeal, that is about 120 cal per pack.
