    1) Hold your breath.

    2) Copy all of these steps.

    3) Go to two other video.

    4) Paste it in the comments.

    If you can do all of this without breathing you’re a good pot smoker

    @liv34today Yoga is fun. And while it was developed and practiced in conjunction with a myriad of faiths, it’s not inherently tied to any. Most forms of martial arts, for example, have roots in buddhist principles and practices, but are equally applicable to any (or no) faith. They’re independent arts, as is yoga.

  3. dramenstube says:

    @AnmolMehtaCom for how long we should practice that everyday…plz tell me?
    I do tht for 20 mins daily…is it sufficient???

    Well done. Thank you for posting. As with all people breathing is basic to life itself yet further in my profession as a professional ventriloquist control of the breathing process for vocal production is a fundamental skill that must be learned to be practiced well. Again thank you for this one. It’s practical, simple and it it works!

    Wow! Thanks for the great ideas. I think they will go very well with the program I’m using through the reallifeforhealth website. Their system is really easy to use and it does everything. They have 1000′s of different recipes to choose from and they help you build a fitness and nutrition plan that suits your goals. I’m happy that there’s no fad diets, pills, or required supplements. I’m really impressed with it, especially since they offer a free trial.

    @AnmolMehtaCom yes I practice Yoga which originates from the Chinese Taoists, obviously it is not called Yoga but DaoYin but the basics are very similar and both are thousands of years old.

    Not a fan of bikes? They are one of the best ways to do aerobic and burn calories

  27. JBParrothead says:

    How many calories are burned in one Tabata session?

  28. sissylyra20 says:

    @sidescrollin Well look up the Tabata training interval. It is PROVEN to work as long as you give it PURE INTENSITY for 20 seconds and rest for only 10 seconds. It’s more effective than running for 45 minutes.
    I lost all my belly fat and everything just doing this for 4 minutes everyday in one month.

  29. SweetSinFZ says:

    @sidescrollin Wrong, you can burn more fat in less time.

  30. mcfrs says:

    You would not want to bet your annual salary. You would lose. I didn’t change my diet. The only thing I changed was the intensity. Keyword is intensity. Running 6 miles everyday simply stop working. 20/10 also improved my aerobic capacity. Higher the intensity=greater weight loss. Plain and simple.

  31. ianhargreaves80 says:

    @tmdesilva This is good but they did not cite any proof in the article that relates to weight loss. This video in cites weight loss as a reason to use this type of work out which does not hold true to the original study.

  32. ianhargreaves80 says:

    @mcfrs There is absolutely you can put a 25 lb (10 kg) weight loss down to 4 minutes of cardio per day!!! Trust me, I’m studying sport science at university and I know full well there will, with absolutely no doubt, be some other rival reason for this weight loss. Change in diet maybe? If there was a way to prove this I would bet my job’s whole annual salary on this!

  33. mcfrs says:

    @ianhargreaves80

    20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Do 8 rounds. Stationary bike or running sprints.

  34. ianhargreaves80 says:

    What’s meant by “20/10 bike sprints and sprints on a track(will make you vomit)”. Do you mean 20 bike sprints and 10 running sprints in one session?

  35. ianhargreaves80 says:

    What’s meant by “20/10 bike sprints and sprints on a track(will make you vomit)”. Do you mean 20 bike sprints and 10 running sprints in one session?

    Also, how long are these sprints lasting?

  37. dindaminardi says:

    @sidescrollin yeah, that’s rite… but i guess it’s better than not exercise at all..when im not in the mood, atleast i have 4 minutes to save me from blaming myself. hahaha

  38. mcfrs says:

    @sidescrollin

    Its all about intensity. Have you ever seen a fat sprinter?

  39. mcfrs says:

    @ianhargreaves80

    It works. I went from 225lbs. to 200lbs. in a month and half. I used to run 5 miles 4 times a week. I stopped losing weight. I tried Tabata and got the results. 20/10 bike sprints and sprints on a track(will make you vomit).
    There are lot of people that are skeptical. Give it a try. You’ll love the results.

  40. mcfrs says:

    @hellowsaw

    Not true at all.

  41. mcfrs says:

    @samurphy

    Anything past 1:00 min would be working in the aerobic zone. The key is to work in the anaerobic zone.

  42. RWJonathan says:

    It’s kickstarted my fat loss, hope it can do the same for you.

  43. tbirdpimp07 says:

    doing squats and dead lifts can also increase metabalism for 20 30 hours

  44. hellowsaw says:

    Guys, if u want more calories to be burn as long as fats, u should do aleast 20 mins( to those can’t do more than 30mins) doing 4mins intense would make u burn muscles and not fats. This would defeat the purpose as muscles help u burn calories even doing nothing.

  45. ianhargreaves80 says:

    OK – 1 year later… who’s had results from using this method alone?

  46. ianhargreaves80 says:

    @omfggoogle OK, 8 months has gone. Where’s my video?

  47. samurphy says:

    This is basically condensed high intensity interval training (HIIT). It’s been shown that HIIT will increase your cardiovascular stamina quicker than stardard low-steady cardio, and to increase your resting metabolic rate longer than low-steady cardio.

    however, to do it most effectively, you should be doing longer sprints (45s and up) at 80-95% effort followed by moderate effort until heart rate gets back down to or below your low-steady cardio rate.

  48. sidescrollin says:

    @dakdakoki what do you mean forgot??

    you just listed problems, but you make them sound like viable options or something.

    people who eat alot?? stop eating so damn much. people who work in an office?? So what, does that somehow make you have less free time than the rest of the world??
    People who don’t want to burn fat but maintain fitness?? You have to burn fat to maintain fit.

  49. dakdakoki says:

    @sidescrollin dude i think that you forgot those people who works in office, those people who eats a lot, and those people whose not actually wants to burn fat but to maintain fit.
