depends on how much you want to achieve results like those. Adding on muscle takes time, body can only put on 1lb of pure muscle a week (this is what I’ve read) but you would need a perfect diet to pack on 4lbs a month.
Depending on your height you would need to put on 50-60lbs of pure muscle before beginning your cutting phase to achieve a body like his. More than likely you will need to burn away 10+ lbs of fat.
if you eat right you will have results in 2 weeks.

Hello Brandon Im A Husky Guy I Weight 90kg and i have always dreamt of having a body like urs i have checked ur web page and now im wondering will this really work for me. I Have A Hard Job as a laborer and lift 20-40kg all day every day since working there just doing that in the last year and a half i have lost 28kg i weight 118kg but now i WONT what u have is that reachable with ur program and if so how long do u think it would take?

@MasonCook28 no, you fail. he told you every thing to do, all you have to do now is go put his plan into effect. The most important piece of information he gave was to work out large muscle groups. thats what he meant when he said my arms are small and my leg are big. the bigger muscle groups burn more calories which translates into fat loss. You want fast fat loss? workout your legs, core, back and chest, but dont forget about the minor muscles

for starters squats is a actually a glute and hamstring dominant exercises, lunges are quad dominant.
this makes alot of sence bassically what hes saying is you gotta focus on diffrent mussle groups going from the upper body to lower body so you get the most out of the workouts and for each mussle group to choose one exerise for each,

@kammypaki4lyf you grab a jump rope (their cheap. like 8 bucks) and jump rope (i assume you know how to do that) for 2 minutes at a time until the total time youve worked out is 20 minutes
